In this three-hour workshop we explain what Feldenkrais Method is and how to do it. We will focus on experiencing a few enriching “learning moments.” You will leave with some new insights into your self and your options for discovering comfort in difficult situataions. No athletic background is presupposed. You just need to arrive on time, in clothing that allows for a wide range of motion, with a good night’s sleep behind you.
